ERP integrations
Which ERPs work, and how fast.
Reading the invoice, the approval in Teams or Outlook and the archive run in Microsoft 365 and work the same for every ERP. What changes per ERP is the last mile: how approved invoices are posted and how open items come back. This is how we connect, from ready-made to custom.

Ready on day one: Microsoft connectors
These need configuration, not code: field mapping, posting rules and test runs.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, online, and on-premises through a gateway
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, through the Fin & Ops connector or Dataverse virtual tables
- Dynamics NAV, through a gateway
- SAP ECC and S/4HANA, through the SAP ERP and SAP OData connectors and the on-premises data gateway
- Workday, Acumatica and FreshBooks also have connectors
Ready with an import file
Most accounting systems in Europe import booking or document files: the DATEV format in Germany, XML import in Pohoda and Money S3 in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and import formats in Exact, AFAS, Twinfield, Sage, QuickBooks and Odoo. The flow writes the file in the exact format and the ERP imports it. No custom code, and nothing breaks when the ERP updates.
Connected through the ERP’s API
These have documented APIs but no Microsoft connector. We call the API from the flow or wrap it in a custom connector. That is typically a few days inside the Build, not a separate project.
- Exact Online (REST API)
- AFAS Profit (REST connectors)
- Twinfield (web services)
- Xero and QuickBooks Online (REST API)
- Oracle NetSuite (SuiteTalk)
- SAP Business One (Service Layer)
- Odoo (JSON-2 API, on an Odoo Custom plan)
Banks
Payments go out as SEPA pain.001 files and statements come back as camt.053 or MT940. The flow prepares the payment file and a person releases it in your bank or ERP. If your bank or ERP offers a direct channel, such as EBICS or the ERP’s own bank integration, the file goes there.
Using Odoo?
Odoo Enterprise already contains much of the AP loop: bill digitization, Peppol, bank synchronization, reconciliation, SEPA payments and exchange differences. For Odoo users we can set up and tune those native tools and add a proper multi-level approval chain, with nothing to integrate.
If you want approvals in Teams or Outlook and the flow in Microsoft 365, we connect through Odoo’s external API, which needs an Odoo Custom plan.
Not on the list?
Tell us which ERP you use. If it can import a file or has an API, it works. If it has neither, a desktop flow can key the data in as a last resort.
The whole loop, in six steps
- Invoice. A flow watches the AP mailbox. AI reads every PDF and scores its confidence per field. Anything under your threshold goes to a person.
- Approval. The vendor is matched on VAT ID, then IBAN, then name. The approver gets the PDF and the data side by side in Teams or Outlook.
- Posting. Approved invoices go to your ERP through its import format or API, coded and VAT-split, with the audit trail attached.
- Payment. Due invoices are grouped by date and currency into a payment proposal. A person releases it, then the flow sends the bank file.
- Reconciliation. Bank statement lines are matched to payments by amount, reference and IBAN. Open items close. Only real differences reach your team.
- FX. If the rate on payment day differs from the invoice rate, the realized gain or loss is booked and both rates stay on record.
Questions
Do you install anything in our ERP?
Usually not. Connectors and import files use what the ERP already offers. For API connections we need a technical user or an API key that you create and can revoke at any time.
Which ERP is the fastest to start with?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It has a ready connector and runs in the same Microsoft cloud as the rest of the flow.
Can one flow post to two ERPs?
Yes. Each company can post to its own ERP from the same flow, with its own coding rules.
Can you work with Odoo without any integration?
Yes, by setting up Odoo’s own tools: bill digitization, Peppol, bank synchronization, reconciliation and SEPA payments, plus an approval chain inside Odoo. Integration is only needed if you want approvals in Teams or the flow in Microsoft 365.
